’m working on a new video project about the concept of anti-fragile. Here’s a simple explanation: Fragile – does not gain from stress – easily break robust – does not gain nor hurt from stress – stays the same. Anti-fragile – gains from stress – uses stress to get stronger (your mind/body as an example)Not enough people think about big ideas. I think it’s a bad habit of our society. This is a big idea to start thinking about. Find ways in your life to ask yourself, “Is this stress/problem/issue going to make me better because I’m going to choose to make it so?”
