Matcha Latte

A Keto Matcha Latte is a delicious way to enjoy your matcha powder. 

Start by warming up one cup of almond milk for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Note that you may need to adjust the time based on the strength of your microwave – you don’t want to overcook the milk!

Once it is warm, add in a scoop of your Wild Matcha. If you would like to add some sweeteners you can, but you don't have to. You can even incorporate some MCT oil to boost the effects of your keto diet!

Next, use a frother or hand blender to mix all these ingredients. You will know your latte is ready when it has a foamy texture.

To complete the Instagram-worthy garnish, top your latte with whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha powder.

Matcha Frappuccino

If you prefer a cold drink, try making a Matcha Frappuccino.

This recipe requires you to blend almond milk, matcha powder, ice, vanilla, and heavy cream in a blender. You can blend the ingredients to your desired consistency, then taste a sample of it.

To make the frappe thicker, simply add more ice. Similarly, you can add more matcha or sweetener to adjust the taste. Note that you should avoid using powdered sweeteners since that can mess up the texture of your drink. 

After you have achieved the desired taste and texture, top it off with some whipped cream garnished with additional Wild Matcha.

Green Breakfast Smoothie
