WILD PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start by lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners or parchment paper.
  2. Mix the coconut oil, Wild Cocotropic Superfood Elixir, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Pour 1 tbsp of cocoa sauce into the lined muffin tins.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Top each with 1 tsp of peanut or almond butter.
  6. Pour the remaining cocoa sauce over the top of each peanut butter cup and freeze until cocoa hardens.
