- Heat 3 popcorn kernels in coconut oil on the stovetop on medium heat. Wait for all three to pop.
- Remove kernels and place pot off the heat for 30 seconds.
- Next, add your 1/3 cup popcorn and coat them with coconut oil. Place the lid on and wait for corn to start popping. Shake and move the pot as you go to keep from burning.
- In a bowl, add the popped popcorn, coat with oil, and add seasonings. Mix thoroughly with a spatula. Season to taste!
